It's a QR code that points to a short link of ours. You change the destination whenever you want and the printed QR code stays the same. That's what makes counting scans possible.
Will my static QR codes count scans?
No. A static QR code keeps its content in the code itself and doesn't go through any server, which is why it's free forever. To count scans, use Pro's editable QR code.
